Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How much time does an IRN consultation actually take?
A. An IRN consultation lasts from one-and-a-half to three hours per room.
Q. How many visits are necessary for an IRN consultation?
A. Just one. An IRN consultation requires only one visit to the home because everything is done in one day. This saves the client both time and money.
Q. Do I stay in the home during the room refinement?
A. Absolutely. An IRN consultation requires a client's participation and input. You are involved in every step of the decision making process. This insures that your preferences are reflected in the way your home is redecorated. Your home should reflect your style and your taste.
Q. Do you always rearrange the furniture?
A. An IRN decorator will rearrange furniture when it is necessary to the overall room redesign and it is physically possible to move the furniture. If oversized pieces cannot be moved, their new location will be specified in the written design plan. It is the client's responsibility to make arrangements to move any heavy pieces.
Q. I am really worried about going over budget and making expensive decorating mistakes. How can I avoid this?
A. IRN consultations highlight educating clients. This can take the anxiety out of redecorating. During the consultation, we help our clients recognize and correct common decorating mistakes. We make sure all your questions are answered and that you are clear about all aspects of your decorating project. All room refinements include a written design plan.
